July 17th, 2026: Kani Kō Ka Leo: The Voice That Reverberates Discussion

The Pouhana O Nā Wāhine will facilitate a series of discussions titled Kani Kō Ka Leo: The Voice That Reverberates to contribute towards the development of partnerships and recommendations to remove systemic barriers facing victims of domestic violence and identify local, Native Hawaiian solutions. “As we navigate this journey together, let us hold steadfast to the belief that our collective resilience and unwavering commitment to aloha will guide us toward a brighter tomorrow.”

The first discussion, on July 17, 2026, will center the perspective and experiences of Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) advocates, policymakers, leaders, and artists from across Native Hawaiian communities, the state, and nationwide. Location: Naniloa Hotel, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
